The advanced double-jointed skeleton and articulated fingers allows flexible and natural posing，like a real companionship from a girlfriend.

1. Place the doll in a corner with its legs open wide. Place a mat under its feet to prevent slipping and a basin below to catch water.
Do not add any soap or chemical cleaner to the water, avoiding damaging the material.

2.Insert the electric cleaner into the doll's vagina and turn it on to wash.
 Do not insert too deeply or use much force, avoiding causing unnecessary damage.

3.Insert the drying stick and leave it in place for 30 minutes to absorb all moisture.

4.Insert the UV sanitizing light, turn it on, and let it run for 5 to 10 minutes. 
Important Note: UV light is harmful. Do not look at it or stay near it during use.

Change of Mind

For custom orders, if you wish to make changes or cancel your order within 8 hours after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately stop production and cancel the order for you.

After 8 hours, cancellation or modification fees may apply based on the production progress.

For in-stock items, orders can be canceled within 4 hours after purchase. If the package has already shipped, the related shipping costs will be deducted.

If you wish to return an item after delivery, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, typically around $250–$300.

Faulty or Not as Described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description or sample, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, at no cost to you.

Once the item is in your possession, we ask that you handle it with care. If it is returned damaged (beyond what is needed to inspect it), we may deduct the cost of repair or, if unrepairable, decline the refund.

Refunds
For faster processing, please contact us first. We’ll help you right away. Refunds are issued within 1–7 business days after confirmation (bank processing times may vary).

If you file a chargeback, your order will go through the bank’s dispute process. Refunds may then take 10–20 business days or longer, depending on your bank. Thank you for your understanding.
