Order Process & Timeline
Delivery times depend on the type of doll you order. Custom dolls require production time, while US in-stock dolls are shipped from California for faster delivery.
Custom Dolls
Custom dolls typically take about 7 days to produce. After production is complete, the order ships from Hong Kong by sea freight, followed by customs clearance and local delivery.
In most cases, you can expect to receive a custom doll approximately 25 days after customs clearance and local delivery begins. The exact timing may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
US In-Stock Dolls
US in-stock dolls are shipped from California within approximately 2 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 1–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier route.
Look for the “Fast Delivery” icon before the product title to identify items that are currently available for faster US shipping.
Orders with Free Gifts
If your order includes free gifts, you may receive two or more packages. The gift is usually shipped separately by air and may arrive before the main product.
Please keep an eye out for additional tracking updates if your order includes promotional gifts or accessories.
FedEx Location Pickup
If you prefer not to have your order delivered to your doorstep, you may be able to have it sent to a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
When placing your order, please provide your real name and phone number. Your identification, name, and phone number may be verified when you collect the package.
