By default, we ship by sea.

For custom dolls, production takes approximately one week. After shipment, it typically takes about 25 days to reach the port. The order then goes through customs clearance. Local-carrier tracking information will appear after customs clearance is complete. This timing may vary by a few days depending on the customs process.

In-stock dolls ship directly from our California warehouse within 1–2 days and are delivered across the United States in 1–7 days.

For faster delivery, you may choose air shipping for an additional $200. Delivery typically takes 10–15 days after shipment.

We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for reliable delivery. Your order will arrive in plain, discreet packaging and can be tracked to your door or a local pickup point.

Shipping Updates

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor delivery. The price shown on our site is all-inclusive, so no additional taxes or customs fees will be added at checkout or upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you prefer not to show your address and phone number in the initial order, you may enter a temporary or incomplete address when placing the order. Then email support@luredolls.com with your order number and your real delivery address and phone number. Our order team will use those details to arrange shipment.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and help ensure a satisfactory outcome.

To protect your privacy, the charge on your bank statement will show as LD Gifts Ltd.
