Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind
For custom orders, if you wish to make changes or cancel your order within 8 hours after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately stop production and cancel the order for you.
After 8 hours, cancellation or modification fees may apply based on the production progress.
For in-stock items, orders can be canceled within 4 hours after purchase. If the package has already shipped, the related shipping costs will be deducted.
If you wish to return an item after delivery, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, typically around $250–$300.

Faulty or Not as Described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description or sample, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, at no cost to you.
Your Responsibility
Once the item is in your possession, we ask that you handle it with care. If it is returned damaged (beyond what is needed to inspect it), we may deduct the cost of repair or, if unrepairable, decline the refund.
Refunds
For faster processing, please contact us first. We’ll help you right away. Refunds are issued within 1–7 business days after confirmation (bank processing times may vary).
If you file a chargeback, your order will go through the bank’s dispute process. Refunds may then take 10–20 business days or longer, depending on your bank. Thank you for your understanding.
Where and when will my doll be shipped from? 📦
Custom Dolls: Take 7 days to produce, then shipped by sea via FedEx from HONG KONG.(Import duties will be covered by Luredolls-no charges to you.) You will receive the item approximately 25 days after customs clearance and local delivery.
US in Stock Dolls: (with "fast delivery" icon before title）Shipped in 2 days from California and arrive in 1-7 days.
If your order includes free gifts, you'll get two or more packages. The gift ships by air and will arrive first—please keep an eye out for it.
If you prefer not to have the product delivered to your doorstep, you may have it sent to a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
Please note that you must provide your real name and phone number when placing the order, as your ID, name, and phone number will be verified upon pickup.
