We know that sometimes when you make a purchase, you get it home and it's not quite right. If you do purchase online and want to return the product you purchased, please note that there is no legal requirement for luredolls.com to accept returned goods if you have merely changed your mind.

However, luredolls.com may accept certain goods back if they are returned unopened, unused and in original undamaged condition within a period of 7 days only. After this period,luredolls may charge a 15%-20% restocking fee.

But rest assured, we are more than happy to provide a refund should the dolls you purchased be:

As the customer, you have a duty of care for the goods while they are in your possession. If dolls are deemed damaged while in your possession, then a charge will be made for the repair of the dolls, or no refund will be made if the dolls are considered unrepairable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the same account that the purchase was made from.
