At luredolls, we specialize in creating high-quality, customized dolls tailored to your preferences. Because each doll is made just for you, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the following policies—and if you ever have questions, we’re here to help.


Cancellation Policy

Once your order is submitted, production typically begins within 8 hours. Since each doll is custom-made to your specifications, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.


Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t feel quite right once you get it home. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

Change of Mind

For custom orders, if you wish to make changes or cancel your order within 8 hours after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately stop production and cancel the order for you.

After 8 hours, cancellation or modification fees may apply based on the production progress.

For in-stock items, orders can be canceled within 4 hours after purchase. If the package has already shipped, the related shipping costs will be deducted.

If you wish to return an item after delivery, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, typically around $250–$300.

Faulty or Not as Described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description or sample, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Your Responsibility
Once the item is in your possession, please handle it with care. If it is returned damaged beyond what’s needed to inspect it, we may deduct repair costs or decline the refund if the item is unrepairable.

Refunds
For faster processing, please contact us first. We’ll help you right away.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after confirmation (bank processing times may vary).

If you file a chargeback, your order will go through the bank’s dispute process. Refunds may then take 10–20 business days or longer, depending on your bank. Thank you for your understanding.


Return Process

Inspect Your Doll Upon Arrival
Please inspect your doll shortly after delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos showing the concern—we’ll work with you to make it right.

What to Do If There’s an Issue
We’re committed to resolving any problems quickly. If your doll is incorrect or arrives damaged, please reach out to us with your order number and clear photos/videos. We’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair kit, or refund depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • Do not return the package without contacting us first. Due to hygiene standards, returns require prior authorization. Please reach out to our support team for instructions.

  • Our team will inspect returned items. If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may decline the refund or apply a partial credit as appropriate.

  • The shipping address on your package is not for returns. Please contact us before sending anything back.
