By default,we usually ship by sea.  

For custom dolls, production takes one week. After shipment, it takes about 25 days to reach the port. After that, it goes through customs clearance. Only after customs clearance is completed will the shipping information from the local carrier be displayed. This process may be shortened or extended by a few days, depending on the speed of customs clearance.

 For in-stock dolls, they are shipped directly from our California warehouse within 1-2 days, with delivery across the US in 1-7 days.

For faster delivery, choose air shipping for an extra $200. You'll receive it in 10–15 days after shipment.

We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for reliable delivery. Your order will arrive in plain, discreet packaging and can be tracked to your door or a local pickup point.
